Remove and replace timber balustrades on front porch, then paint. 5m x 2m. Also replace two front timber steps.

I need two balustrades and one handrail fabricated in 10mm x 40mm steel. Please see photos attached. Can be completed in your own space and picked up.

Front veranda approx 1 and 1/2 meteres across, then another same to break for steps then approx 75mm to wall. 5 steps about 1 metre from edge and about 75mm height. Rear - continuous approx 2 metres leading to top of steps. 3 small steps approx 75mm in length and height about 50-60 mm. In hospital at the moment for 2 weeks so no photos available at the moment. Will resubmit when home.

I have 1.8M high balcony Louvres that I would like to replace with 1M high aluminum balusters. The area size is 3.70M X 4.87M

I have a split level home and have a balustrade going down my stairs. I have already scuff sanded and primed the balustrade but have realised this is going to require more skill than I have to make it look nice in the end. I think I have done all of the prep work so should be straight forward for a good painter I hope. It now needs a light sand over the primer and then 2 coats of the top coat which I will supply. I have already masked off as well. I don’t need the stairs painted as they are being carpeted but I need the job done before carpet goes in on 24 April.

Supply and deliver everything to paint (2 coats) my deck balustrade (~6m / 50 odd balusters). Will need a bit of prep inc a bit of bog on the top rail. Use woodland grey for top rail and posts and half strength for balusters. All sides.

We need someone to finish stripping terracotta paint off our concrete porch. As you can see from the provided photos, a majority of the paint has been removed, but details such as in-between balustrades, the front steps and the front door step still need to be done, as well as scraping off any remaining patches. The porch is 2870mm wide by 1700mm deep (not including the two front steps in these measurements). Additionally, we have eight white balustrades and the top rail that will also need to be stripped. These were painted before we moved in here and look terrible. We have very few tools/remaining paint stripper for use, so the painter will need to provide any supplies they think they will need for this job.
