We have an approximately 50m² external rendered wall. There are no visible external cracks, but we are getting internal moisture in one bedroom after heavy rain, with bubbling paint. We are looking for someone who can inspect and diagnose the source of water ingress (render permeability, sealing, flashing, or other causes) and then recommend and complete proper repairs (not just cosmetic patching or repainting). Experience with external render systems, moisture ingress, or building envelope issues is preferred. Please only apply if you have experience diagnosing moisture ingress in rendered double brick walls.

We would like to render the exterior brick wall pictured (just the bit that juts out) in a white colour. It's approx 1860x2400. I'm also looking for someone to high-pressure clean the car park cement floor if that's something you can do.

I need an electrician to install: - Two ceiling drop lights removed and switched out with restored antique light fixtures. - - - Ceilings are 3-to-3.5m high. We don't have a ladder. I believe we have all the needed screws etc, but the job will require tools. Fixtures seem to be mounted well and it should be straightforward. - A damaged light switch (4 power points) repaired. Removalists dropped a bed on it and it's partly ripped out of the wall. The hole is old and there's brickwork missing. The power points are still working and it slots back in so it may just need to be reaffixed to the wall properly. Some damage to the plaster around it that also will need repair.

Looking for plasterer to repair damage in the internal wall in flat. Photos attached. If can paint over this once plastered that would be good to include in quote. Paint would need to be provided as none at property. Flexible on day of week and timing. Please include avails on when this can be done in response.

A bit of an unconventional task. I’m a renter, so I can’t have a proper AC set up. My only solution is a portable AC. I’m not a crafty or handy person, but I also don’t want flimsy cardboard boxes or pieces of cloth against my window. I need help executing the idea attached in the photos. Likely need a custom solution to perfectly fit the measurements of the awning windows. The job will involve closing off part of a large awning window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat look. I also want the light to still come in. The sides of the awning window will also need to be sealed. Along with the bottom part. (I only have the hose). You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups. If the installation is successful and the unit runs well, we will be purchasing an additional unit and will require a second installation — and will book you again! Would like back wall of terrace to look like the others (see image) ie excess mortar removed, gaps filled and wall rough rendered or bagged. No painting required. Wall is approx 3m wide and 2.5m tall.

Power point has fallen out of the wall. Brick wall with render. Looks as though internal bracket has come apart. Need electrician to replace broken bracket with new bracket and refix existing power point to wall. I will pay for parts too.

We have a narrow vertical 'channel' in the wall behind our wall-mounted TV which contains the wiring for our TV. We need this channel plastered over, as well as another 3 small holes in a wall plastered, where speakers were previously mounted.
