Want to create a room by closing off an area with two gyprock walls with a door frame

Looking for a professional renderer to modernize a 4.6m masonry retaining wall. The Scope: 1. Build Up Step: At the end furthest from the outhouse, I need the wall height raised by approx. 150mm for a 1.2m length. This is to create a level for a future bench seat. 2. Rendering: Apply a smooth, modern acrylic render to the entire wall (front face, 280mm top surface, and the exposed end near the outhouse). Materials: • Quote should include all render, bonding agents, and masonry/mortar for the 150mm step-up. Conditions: • Rosemary bush will be removed and the wall cleaned before you start. • Easy side-gate access.

I removed timber cladding on an exterior wall and it left gouges from the glue. I tried to repair it myself but cocked it up. Need someone to render it properly. It’s about 1 sqm.

Pretty simple job. Supply and fit one x or cut two x gyprock sheet/s to masonry wall no battens required as it will be a snug fit. No patching, no painting required. I have 1 x small tub of glue. Sheets can be fixed vertically or horizontally. 2625 x 1360mm h (1350 h ok)

The roof of my apartment has a textured roof as seen in the two pictures below. I want to change this to a simple flat/smooth ceiling as is more common. I need a plasterer to do this job. The apartment is a tiny studio and the roof that needs changing is about 16m squared.

We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall. The mirror is not glass, but it has a metal frame so is heavier than something you might get at Ikea etc. Looking for someone who can hang it properly, using the appropriate fixings, not make a mess, etc. And takes pride in their work.

Remove the damaged side panel off the built in wardrobe as it will be replaced with a new panel .

Dismantle / demolish a large 6 door built-in robe . Size approx 3850x 2750 . Robe built onto the walls, no back panels. Has internal shelves , hanging and drawers . Take away all rubbish .

Demolish / Disassemble 2 wardrobes (around 2300mm wide x 2600mm high). One is clearly built in and the other seems to be more freestanding but may also be fixed to the wall. Place on nature strip for council collection.

Have recently repaired a roof leak and now need one sheet of gyprock replaced. The opening itself is about 600x400mm but would prefer a 2400x1200mm replacement.
