Source and install new glass balustrade @0.4M height (glass @0.37M high) on garden bed edge brick retaining (L shape 6Mx3M) Style to close match existing balustrade in the building (see pictures below).

Project: * Install 8 new power points: Please let me know if your quote includes supplying standard double power points or if I need to provide them. * Pre-wire for 4 wall sconces: I do not have the light fixtures yet. I just need the cabling run to the 4 wall locations, the wires safely capped off and the single wall switch installed and wired up so they are ready for the fixtures to be connected later. Details: * it’s an older brick home with old plaster walls, we are mid floor reno, skirting is currently off so cables can run along the base of the walls. Some channelling and patching will be needed, so quote with that in mind. All the rooms already have PowerPoints we are adding more. Requirements: * Must be a fully licensed electrician. * Must be available to complete the work on either Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. * Must provide a certificate of compliance upon completion. We removed a small section of the brick wall next to the driveway, job is to patch render over the brick on one corner. Doesn’t need to match exactly to existing, just a tidying up job. No painting. Probably suits someone with another job in the area already.

Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own. Weekend only (ideally July 18 or july 19). Ideally 1 person with experience in roofing who will help my husband to do the job.

The work includes: * Carefully cut back/remove enough damaged and loose concrete to create a solid repair area. * Make good the damaged section with suitable exterior repair mortar/render. * Form a neat, consistent curved/rounded edge along the front of the step. * Blend the repair into the existing threshold and surrounding surfaces. * Protect the existing heritage tiles, timber gate and adjacent paving during the work. * Remove all debris and leave the area clean. The repaired edge needs to be durable, weather-resistant and ready for painting once cured. Please include labour, materials and tools in your offer. Photos show the current condition. Experience with concrete repairs, rendering and older properties preferred.
