Concrete render - tiny patch job

When the electrician was creating a gap for the electrical box, he took out too much brick. Our painter couldn't fill it as the gap was too big for him, so need a renderer to come in and fill it. See photo attached.

Gyprock to be installed in opening for a door to be installed. Door, handle and hinges already purchased.

I have a 15cm x 15cm approx corner of ceiling that needs to be cut out and re patched with gyprock and then sanded and a coat of paint, to make it tie in again with the rest of the ceiling .

Looking for walls to be plastered prior to painting, walls won’t have mirrors of shelves on them will all be stripped back bare. Brick wall will need bonding agent first, base coat to level the brick, and then a finishing coat. I’m Looking for a level 4/5 finish as I have a lot of lighting in the space.

Mixed brick and cement wall with 3 mailboxes about 5 metres to be cement rendered.

We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall. The mirror is not glass, but it has a metal frame so is heavier than something you might get at Ikea etc. Looking for someone who can hang it properly, using the appropriate fixings, not make a mess, etc. And takes pride in their work.

Remove the damaged side panel off the built in wardrobe as it will be replaced with a new panel .

Need to remove Gyprock part and make some more space.( its possible, checked back side). Need more room for bigger fridge.

We had an oyster light removed and replaced with a ceiling fan, leaving behind a small hole that needs patching. I'm happy to paint it afterwards, just need the plastering done.

Dismantle / demolish a large 6 door built-in robe . Size approx 3850x 2750 . Robe built onto the walls, no back panels. Has internal shelves , hanging and drawers . Take away all rubbish .

Demolish / Disassemble 2 wardrobes (around 2300mm wide x 2600mm high). One is clearly built in and the other seems to be more freestanding but may also be fixed to the wall. Place on nature strip for council collection.

Have recently repaired a roof leak and now need one sheet of gyprock replaced. The opening itself is about 600x400mm but would prefer a 2400x1200mm replacement.

Install an RCD Power Point in my meter box.

Instructions: 1) patch hole on ceiling with gyprock 2) cut out section of return air box to allow air flow into the unit 3) cut in and install 45x45 man hole into patched section to allow for access to the unit in future if required
