Garage ceiling and wall plasterboard replacement, finishing, skimming and painting

To install a light Gyprock wall between 2 brick walls in order to divide a room. Measurements: 4meter long x 2,5meter hight with door frame

Install a Freedom Furniture S Track Curtain. 4.7metres long. The track is in 2 pieces and will need to be joined with a connector. I have the connector. 3 Roller blind brackets to be installed ( Blinds are 100cm wide). I have all brackets including spares. Looking for a NSW-licensed electrician to install two new double power points in our apartment in Rose Bay. The walls are concrete, so we’d like the new power points surface mounted, with any visible cabling neatly enclosed in white ducting/trunking rather than cutting into or chasing the walls. The new outlets will be located as shown on the attached annotated floor plan, with an existing power point nearby. The approximate distance from the existing point to the new locations is 4–5 metres. Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own. The work includes: * Carefully cut back/remove enough damaged and loose concrete to create a solid repair area. * Make good the damaged section with suitable exterior repair mortar/render. * Form a neat, consistent curved/rounded edge along the front of the step. * Blend the repair into the existing threshold and surrounding surfaces. * Protect the existing heritage tiles, timber gate and adjacent paving during the work. * Remove all debris and leave the area clean. I’m looking to have someone repair and re-render a small facade which is approximately 3000mm high by 5500 mm wide. Note that part of the facade is already painted and the area across the top to the garage door is marine ply. I have a few length of corner bead on site.
