Something like my mock up Stairwell Awning & Gutter Installation Overview Supply and install a permanent, weather-proof roof over an external concrete staircase to provide protection from rain and sun. The structure must include integrated guttering and a downpipe solution to manage water runoff effectively. Scope of Work • Structure: Install a monopitch (lean-to) roof over a set of external stairs approximately 4m x 100cm • Framing: Provide and install a lightweight, durable frame (Steel or Aluminum preferred) anchored to the concrete wall on one side and supported by independent posts on the outer edge. • Roofing: Supply and install corrugated metal roofing sheets (Colorbond/Zincalume) • Water Management: * Install a custom flashing at the wall-to-roof junction to prevent leaks. • Install a gutter (Quad or Hi-Front) along the low edge. • Install a downpipe and connect it to the existing stormwater system or direct it to a suitable drainage point. • Safety: Ensure a minimum head clearance of 2.1m at the lowest point.

I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. I will need someone available next week as the day and time will depend on when the render dries. Photo of finished job attached.

I have two apartments with fake brick fireplaces in them. I would like to have them both rendered to be nice and neat. I have provided before and after photos.

I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.

Plasterboard wall repair after TV mount removal – professional finish required. I have a wall with multiple old TV mount holes, metal anchors, and a cable chase opening. I need: • All metal anchors removed • Damaged plasterboard cut back cleanly • New plasterboard patches installed with backing • Joints taped, skim coated, sanded flat • Entire wall repainted to match existing finish This is not a filler-only job — it must be done properly so the wall is perfectly flat and invisible after painting. We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall. The mirror is not glass, but it has a metal frame so is heavier than something you might get at Ikea etc. Looking for someone who can hang it properly, using the appropriate fixings, not make a mess, etc. And takes pride in their work.
