I have a four piece tv unit I need secured to the wall. All measurements are done I am just lacking the masonry drill and supplies to drill into the brick wall behind the plasterboard

You must be a registeted electrician to do this job. Install a new power point on the wall next to the toilet. Select one of the installation location A, B or C as marked in the picture. It is a single story house and roof access is available. You tell me to buy a suitable power point / socket from bunnings. You will provide suitable cables for installation. You may get power from switchboard or from the nearby power source closed to the toilet. All cables must be placed inside the wall and cannot be seen.

Install a power point in the toilet for electric bedet. And replace the bathroom light switch. Its a single storey 1980s unit with tiled roof.

Paint newly rendered walls.

Patch and sand back the section shown in photo.

Install Roof Top rack for a brand new 4x4 and then install 270 awnings. All hardwares will be provided. During the process, we will also take videos. SO it will take sometime.

Need an experienced plasterer to repair a small hole in our internal plaster ceiling above the staircase (see photos). The damaged section needs to be cut out, patched with new plasterboard, set and sanded smooth, then painted to blend in with the existing ceiling. Please supply all materials, provide your own ladder/access equipment suitable for a stair void.
