It is a double storey house. There are existing power points and antenna point straight down below on the same wall that can be used.

I took out an old cupboard from my apartment. I want the old cupboard space plastered and the ceiling and cornice & outer edges repaired so I can put in some floating shelves and a small cabinet. The left side is about 3cm deeper than the right side so it needs to be built out slightly. I have added a photo of the cupboard and an ai generated view which shows very roughly what I'm after.
