The power point will be at edge of ceiling in my garage, you can pull the power supply from existing source in my roof cavity. I need an experienced plasterer to repair/modify two decorative plaster ceiling roses. I need the raised centre section/boss flattened and finished smooth so new light fittings can sit properly. The surrounding ornamental moulding/detail must be preserved and not damaged. Scope: 2 ceiling roses Remove/flatten the raised centre section Patch and smooth the centre area Keep the outer decorative details intact Sand and make ready for painting Clean finish required Please protect the surrounding area while working Photos attached for reference.
