I’d like someone who knows what they’re doing and can make sure the mirror is secure, stable and safely installed, without causing unnecessary damage to the wall or creating a risk of the mirror falling. Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. May involve render, timber trim, or fascia repair if possible please inspect and provide a quote. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Could you please also check this area and advise if it needs sealing (e.g. sealant or waterproofing), along with the other repairs? Thanks This is a 2 storey townhouse
