Renovating a bathroom and laundry and need plastering works done in both. Bathroom: 2 walls completely plastered. One wall is roughly 2700H x 1800W. The other is roughly 2700H x 1900W. Need the pictured things on the ceiling patched up and plastered. A few squares that have been cut out on a wall and the parts around the old skirting. There is one niche around 300mm wide. The old cornice is still in and the new plaster will go up to it. Every wall will be tiled in the bathroom. Laundry: Its mainly just the section that is around 1 metre x 600mm that is pictured. Also the skirting sections and a few small screw holes in the wall.

Need outside power point hard wired under eave

I need the hole fixed. I can do the sanding and painting; I just need it patched up.

Celling leaking and need to do little bit rendering job

I would like a quote for 2 or 3 double power points installed. Must be a qualified electrician. Must be able to provide the quote in writing. The main ones I want are. 1. Internal side of an external wall. There is a dishwasher also installed so some power is on this side. 2. One installed on an internal wall on the other side in the cupboard there is a power point so I don't see an issue getting some power here. 3. Same as #2 its an internal wall with a power point on the other side in the garage so should easy tap in It's single story with a man hole. Give me price on point 1 and 2 only and a price on all the points 1, 2 and 3

Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. May involve render, timber trim, or fascia repair if possible please inspect and provide a quote. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Could you please also check this area and advise if it needs sealing (e.g. sealant or waterproofing), along with the other repairs? Thanks This is a 2 storey townhouse

Looking to get some plastering done on a few small dents and chips on our walls. There is also another area where the wall has been perforated and is currently temporarily patched up.
