I had to have some gyprock removed due to bathroom repairs. Need some gyprock resheeted.

Need reinstatement of 3 access holes created during plumbing work. • Hole 1: 46 x 146 cm – plasterboard cut-out is available and can be reinstalled. • Hole 2: 36 x 23 cm – requires new plasterboard patch and reinstallation of existing cabinet cut-out. • Hole 3: 30 x 16 cm – requires new plasterboard patch and reinstallation of existing cabinet cut-out. Cabinet cut-out pieces are available for both cabinet openings. Looking for a neat finish including patching, sanding, priming and painting to match the existing white wall.

Looking for someone experienced in Hebel or rendering to repair a small section at the base of an external wall. There is a 30-70mm gap / unfinished section where render has chipped off and underlying coating is exposed. Job requires: - Proper infill (not just patch) - Mesh reinforcement - Re-render to match existing finish - Seal base properly This is NOT a simple patch/paint job. Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. May involve render, timber trim, or fascia repair if possible please inspect and provide a quote. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Looking to get some plastering done on a few small dents and chips on our walls. There is also another area where the wall has been perforated and is currently temporarily patched up.
