I’m looking for someone to complete a few small Gyprock/plasterboard and finishing repairs before painting. The jobs include: • Repair a ceiling plasterboard/Gyprock hole, approximately 300mm x 500mm. • Repair a few small areas of water-damaged/swollen Gyprock caused by a previous water leak. The damaged areas are relatively small. • Around a newly installed door, there are gaps between the brickwork and timber. These need to be properly covered and finished so the area is ready for painting. • At the front entrance, there is an existing patterned/textured section on the wall. I would like to cover it with one layer of Blueboard or another suitable board/material to create a flat surface ready for painting. No painting is required. I just need all areas properly repaired, patched and finished so they are ready for the painter. Photos of all areas are available and the exact locations can be shown on site. Please note that the rendering work around the door will be handled separately by another tradesperson, so it is not included in this job. Please quote for the complete job.

We recently had a new door installed and some of the render above the door frame was damaged during the installation. I’m looking for someone to repair only the damaged render area above the door and match the existing finish as closely as possible. Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.

I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.
