Exterior Rendered Wall and door Repair & Paint Touch-Up Looking for an experienced handyman or painter to repair several small areas of damage on an exterior rendered wall. Double-sided mounting tape was previously attached to the wall and, when removed, it pulled away some of the painted/rendered surface. The damaged areas are relatively small but I would like them repaired professionally so they blend in with the existing finish. We are renting and want to leave the place in a good condition. Scope of works: Remove any remaining adhesive residue Repair damaged render/paint surface Sand and prepare repairs as required Prime repaired areas Colour match and repaint affected sections Blend repairs into the existing textured rendered finish The wall appears to be a rendered exterior surface with a painted finish rather than standard painted plasterboard. I have attached photos of the damage. Remove adhesive from white door and repaint in white exterior paint We also have several tins of exterior paint left at the property which may assist with colour matching, however we are not experienced enough to determine whether they are the exact paint used on this wall. I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.

Hi, I am looking for quotes to plasterboard my sunroom. It’s around 8sq/m. See attached rough diagram and photos. I will be adding timber sills and reveals so you would only be plastering up to the timber. There is one return needed on Wall 1 into the window. There is a ceiling gap that needs to be filled to join new plasterboard.

Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler.
