I need some Gyprock partition walls built inside a beauty and massage salon in Leichhardt. The job will involve framing and installing plasterboard to create treatment rooms. Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Please bring the required tools and mounting hardware.

Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.
