We need tiles and concrete laid to fix damage done to our back verandah. Ideally we’d like tiles sourced and laid but would be ok with a coloured concrete used.

Looking for someone to build and finish Gyprock bulkheads above newly installed cabinetry in our kitchen and laundry. Cabinetry is already installed. There are gaps between the top of the cabinets and the ceiling that need to be framed, sheeted with Gyprock and set/sanded ready for painting. There are a few sections in the kitchen and laundry - see attached photos for the areas highlighted that need to be completed. Looking for a neat finish that ties into the existing walls/ceilings and cabinetry. Please include labour and materials in your quote.

Hi, we are needing some basic framing and gyprocking in a granny flat. - removing a door and gyprocking - installing a new door into gyprock - pushing through a gyprock wall to make a bigger opening. Not a job for a big building company, just a handyman or carpenter. Thanks.

Every wall must be fully finished: framed, sheeted, plastered, sanded and painted, ready to use. Any new door must be hung and working, with a lockable handle (key lock included). Job details: Wall 1 — Build a new wall approx. 2.06m wide, with a door installed( You can use the door from the top floor . Wall 2 — Build a wall only, no door, approx. 3.44m long.The 2 walls are not compeltely allign, one of them needs like a 10 cm nook so that then you can build the straight wall or if you have a better solution go for it! Wall 3 — Install a door into an existing 70cm opening (door to have a key lock). Wall 4 — 1.2m span: install a door here, or a short section of wall plus a door — whichever works best structurally. Door to have a key lock. Wall 5 — Remove the existing door, then build a wall to close off the opening completely. (You can use this door in the GF wall #1) Good to know: Ceiling height is 3.2m throughout, so please factor this into materials and pricing. Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Please bring the required tools and mounting hardware.

Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.

I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall
