Install rigid backing panels above each opening, extending beyond the perimeter of the existing opening, to provide a secondary air and dust barrier. Install matching Gyprock patches flush with the existing ceiling. Tape, set and sand all joints to achieve a smooth finish. Prime and paint the repaired areas to match the existing white ceiling finish. Please provide a fixed-price quotation inclusive of all labour and materials.

I recently moved into an apartment that I bought in Dulwich Hill and am setting up a home cinema. I have a projector, but I need to get it mounted on the ceiling and get a power point installed (so I don't have cables dangling).

GYPROCKER: I need someone to sand pastered gyprock ready to paint. Most of it is done. 5 hours work only. Room size is 30sqm

I have 3 downlight holes that have damaged gyprock around the edges and 1 additional hole that needs patching. All of these will also need painting. Downlight 1 and 2 are 2200mm high from floor level. Downlight 3 is 2400mm from floor level. Hole number 4 is 2200mm from floor level.

I am looking for someone experienced in installing TV wall mounts and shelves on gyprock wall. The job involves locating studs and drilling. You will need to have your own tools, but I will provide the TV mount, shelves and screws. In particular, the following tasks: 1. Install TV mount (Samsung fixed mount) on wall and attach 65 inch TV 2. Install floating shelf (Ikea Lack) on wall above the TV 3. Install two floating shelves on wall above the coffee machine 4. Our soundbar was previously wall-mounted beneath the TV but came loose after being pulled by our kids, leaving damage and holes in the plasterboard. Looking for someone to patch and repair the damaged area, securely remount the soundbar using appropriate wall anchors or studs, and tidy the cables. Please bring the required tools and mounting hardware.

Need ceiling fan cutout patched sanded and painted with ceiling white. I have the gyprock cutout so no need to supply. Also have a couple small holes that just need patch no paint.

Had to relocate a light switch and power point so need holes patched. Also had to relocate and LED light on ceiling so need hole patched.

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.

I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.
