I want to hang an old mirror that weighs about 16kg on apartment gyprock wall. I have a light hook in place from a previous picture that is in the stud but mirror weight needs better system. Also the d—rings/wire need switching on back of mirror from vertical hang to horizontal and this will require new wire and d-rings/attachments. Rental apartment so needing minimal wall damage.

There are several small spots to be rendered and fixed up on the facade of the house. See photos of all areas which require work. Needs to be done before next Wednesday.

I need an experienced Renderer to acrylic render on top of the sandstone that was missed previously (the side of the column and the edge of the balcony). It is half a day work I will provide the scaffold as it is 6 meters high. But you need to provide the materials and make sure that the sandstone is properly covered and primed prior to doing the render. Ideally to do it this week (Tomorrow or Friday)

I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall

Hi, I am looking for quotes to plasterboard my sunroom. It’s around 8sq/m. See attached rough diagram and photos. I will be adding timber sills and reveals so you would only be plastering up to the timber. There is one return needed on Wall 1 into the window. There is a ceiling gap that needs to be filled to join new plasterboard.

Bathroom: replace switch panel with 3 switches (light, heat lamp and fan) Hall: replace power point (2 socket) Dining: replace power point (4 socket) Bedroom 1: relocate light switch to other side of door Bedroom 2: relocate light switch to other side of door. Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.
