We’ve just bought an early 80s apartment with rendered brick walls. Our hallway and a few bedroom walls in our are very bumpy / unevenly textured. We’d like to smooth out these walls, and potentially sharpen up some of the corners. I believe this involves skim coating / sanding the existing painted render, and adding in plaster trim on corners.

i need help patching up two holes on my gyprock ceiling which happened when our airconditioning was fixed.

Ducted aircon is getting replaced in an apartment which means the kitchen ceiling has to be cut open to put the new one in. Will need the kitchen ceiling replastered/sanded/painted to match existing colour scheme I’m not sure how much they need to cut exactly but the overall measurement of the kitchen ceiling is 170cm width by 396cm, so they will cut within this measurement. I haven’t booked in the aircon installation yet, give me your best quote.

I have 3 issues I am hoping to get fixed. - Supply one pair of replacement door runners for the built in wardrobe. - Correct level of bottom track as far as possible, the door slips out of the bracket at certain points. - Repair open end of door frame: Requires carefully removing the separated length of frame altogether and re fitting again so that the rubber spine sits in position. Re fix removed frame section and re fit door I also need the above done on the weekend or after 5pm on a weekday

Patch and cement internal walls for painting - some render has broken due to be nailed etc - small job probably 10 sqm - most needing little done

To hang 2 mirrors - 1 long arched mirror and another round in the entryway to gyprock walls

3 small drywall patches where paint and paper face have been pulled off, exposing gypsum core. Torn paper edges need trimming, filling, and the wall has a fine stipple texture that needs to be matched before repainting. Rental inspection on Friday the 24th of April - need it done ASAP.

I have enclosed a outside cabana creating a teenage retreat room. It has an outdoor power point and I want to convert that into an internal one and reconnect the outdoor powerpoint about a metre outside the room. I also want a new powerpoint installed onto a new wall. Access is easy through an open roof cavity and existing ceiling powerpoint about a metre away from where I would like the new powerpoint.

I’ve already run all the Cat6 cables through the ceiling to the exact AP locations. I need someone to mount two Ubiquiti access points on a gyprock ceiling (approx 600g each). Proper ceiling-rated anchors or fixing into timber will be required — the included plastic plugs aren’t suitable. I also need one external Ubiquiti access point mounted on a masonry wall. The cable is already in the ceiling above that location and can drop straight down behind the unit. No cabling work required — just mounting and securing the three APs. photos show the two ceilings and one external wall

Rendering in a renovation project at Annandale

Hi, I am looking for quotes to plasterboard my sunroom. It’s around 8sq/m. See attached rough diagram and photos. I will be adding timber sills and reveals so you would only be plastering up to the timber. There is one return needed on Wall 1 into the window. There is a ceiling gap that needs to be filled to join new plasterboard.

Bathroom: replace switch panel with 3 switches (light, heat lamp and fan) Hall: replace power point (2 socket) Dining: replace power point (4 socket) Bedroom 1: relocate light switch to other side of door Bedroom 2: relocate light switch to other side of door. Gyprock has been removed behind hall and bathroom walls, meaning cabling is visible and accessible.

Trying to finish the small elements of the house before we break for Xmas. Had new windows replaced and as a result some of the wall needs to be re-Gyprocked then it will need to be patched and then painted. some rooms have only small amount of patching required so I can probably use filler. In the other rooms, need more extensive Gyprock. keen to get this completed this weekend if we can and opportunity toquote on bigger painting job which includes the front of our house and the sides of our house

Have an old power point ( currently working) but very old. Would like new one installed.
