We have a small courtyard and balcony that need a deep clean. All tools/materials provided - high pressure hose, outdoor long scrubbing brush, outdoor long squeegee plus floor cleaner. Need to sweep then scrub, high pressure hose, squeegee the courtyard. There is no hose fitting on the balcony though so that will just be a sweep, scrub, squeegee. Definitely shouldn’t take more than 1.5hours so $50 - more/hour depending on how quick you are.
