Move-In Clean – Empty 2 Bed / 1 Bath Apartment We’re looking for 2 cleaners for approximately 1 hour to clean an empty apartment before we move in. Wednesday at 10:30am – Balmain East. The apartment should already be reasonably clean, so this is a freshen-up rather than an end-of-lease/deep clean. We’d like: * Vacuum and mop all floors * Clean bathroom, including toilet, basin, shower and surfaces * Clean kitchen surfaces, sink and stovetop * Wipe inside all kitchen cupboards and drawers * Wipe down shelves and inside wardrobes/storage cupboards before we unpack The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and all on one level. It will be completely empty, so there will be no furniture or belongings to work around. Please bring your own cleaning products and equipment. We are moving into our new home next week and would like it thoroughly cleaned before we move in. It is an empty, small, first-floor, two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom, a kitchen and open-plan living/dining area. The floors are laminate throughout, with tiles in the bathroom and a small carpeted area inside one built-in wardrobe. We would like particular attention paid to the floors, walls, doors and inside of the windows. We have two cats, so only cat-safe, low-perfume and low-residue products must be used. We would also like a suitable bio-enzymatic cleaner used on the floors and on the lower sections of the walls and doors, up to about knee height, to help remove any lingering pet smells. The flat is already fairly clean but we want it thoroughly cleaned and as neutral-smelling as possible before our cats arrive. Cleaning the wardrobe carpet would also be appreciated, but is not essential. Our preferred time is 9am, Tuesday July 28.
