Once off entry clean 5bdrm 2bthrm vacant property in West End before we move in! House is vacant and clean but looking for a ‘once over’ to freshen up before all the furniture arrives. Will need own gear, safe products, prefer local to the area, professional and excellent references. House has polished floorboards thorough out, deck area and rear rumpus room. Tasks include wipe over all window ledges, surfaces, wipe over kitchen, including cutlery draws and pantry, wipe over bathrooms, clean toilets, wipe glass or obvious smudges, including wall marks, sweep and mop all floors inc deck, dust and same as above for rumpus room. In summary a once over all surfaces.
