The tiles have dirt and orange-brown marks from foot traffic, some rust stains, and scattered patches of dried grout and cement residue left from renovation work. Scope of work: Thoroughly clean the outdoor tiled areas around the swimming pool and BBQ area. Remove dirt marks, orange-brown stains and rust stains where possible. Remove visible grout haze and cement residue from the tile surfaces. Use suitable, tile-safe cleaning products and equipment that will not damage the porcelain tiles or grout. Test a small area first before applying any cleaning products to the rest of the tiles. Important: High-pressure washing is not permitted.
