Need roof plastering for this hole.

I need a few things done around my apartment: Most urgently, my light switch in my bathroom has stopped working, so I need that replaced. I also need plastering done to fill a hole next to a new light. I also have another light that hangs too low. My windows whistle a lot - I think they need new seals. And I have an issue with a wall that needs painting. Hoping to find someone who can do all of these - it’s all easy stuff, just needs someone practical and able. Open to price for all or each.

We are having our tiles redone in our kitchen, and whilst majority can be tiled over the top of, there is a small section requiring replastering/gyprock repair before we can tile that area. We are wanting to actually take the tiles up higher than where they currently are - have inserted a photo at the end of where the new tiles will go up until. Currently have an electrician who will be moving the powerpoints/intercom up higher on the wall (also open to having a tasker who can do both jobs).

Need the existing ceiling rose removed and a new one installed (glued/fixed to ceiling). No electrical or light work. New rose is 1m wide and is supplied by me. Shouldn't be much patching because ceiling is good.

Ideally looking for a plasterer/renderer who can also replace the timber trims (or has a carpenter they work with) so it can be completed as one job. Original builders had painted this section a light green. I want it painted Monument to match the existing steel fixtures. Space is roughly 2.5m high and 5-6m wide, has multiple corners and edges (see photos). You would need to bring supplies, paint, and a ladder to access the area.

Want the gate securely fixed, structurally solid, and surrounding wall/render is repaired and restored to a neat, durable finish.

Need a new double power point installed in my ground floor garage. The meter box is on the external side of the wall. I need the power point for an upcoming NBN connection.

I have TV Wall mount. I don't have dry wall anchors. Cables will be outside.

Mount new IKEA besta tv cabinet to dry wall and mount TV. The TV is a Samsung 65 inch the Frame. Cabling to be flushed into the wall if possible.

I need a single GPO installed in my bathroom next to the cistern to power a bidet toilet seat. Also the power cable attached to the seat needs to be shortened to suit power point location. The install is on a single brick wall. It backs on to a wardrobe which can be used to bring cabling down from the ceiling space.
