The steam room generator also requires a part to be replaced. Looking for someone experienced with Harvia systems or commercial sauna/steam equipment who can diagnose the issue, supply the required part if needed, and complete the repair. I’m looking for someone to remove a mirror from a wall in a powder room and patch up any dry wall that breaks during removal.

Salt wash with anti-efflorescence wash, dry 24h 3. Pull back turf 50mm from wall, clear weep holes / check drainage flows away from wall 4. Re-render 5-6m2 (400mm high) with WATERPROOF render (Davco Sanitop or similar) + 100mm mesh over vertical crack 5. 5mm gap at bottom sealed with PU sealant (not silicone) 6. 1 coat sealer primer (Acratex) + 2 coats Weathershield Vivid White (behind downpipe too) 7. Seal coping tile to wall joint 8. Cleanup — no paint on turf / tiles / deck MUST HAVE:* - Experience with salt damp / Hills District render - ABN / licence (renderer / waterproofing / painter) *TO QUOTE, PLEASE REPLY WITH:* 1. Looking for an experienced bricklayer or skilled handyman to brick up and render a 1x1m window. It's an internal window, between the kitchen and laundry. Demo will already remove the existing window and frame. Building is an old unit on the middle level, built in 1969. Worker will need to supply materials.

Looking for an experienced renderer/plasterer to repair and prepare my laundry wall following plumbing and electrical work. Wall is approximately 1930mm wide and is rendered brick. Work required: * Fill and repair plumbing and electrical chases. * Patch exposed brickwork, holes and damaged render. * Remove loose or raised old tile adhesive where required. * Repair any loose or uneven render. * Ensure splashback area is flat, sound and ready for tiling. * Leave exposed wall sections smooth and paint-ready. Cabinet layout: * Base cabinet: 600W × 600D × 800H (bottom left). * Overhead cabinet: 1200W × 750H (top right). * Benchtop: 1920W × 600D across the wall. * Splashback tiles will be installed above the benchtop. Much of the wall will be concealed by cabinets, appliances and tiles, so cosmetic finishing isn’t required everywhere. Concealed areas still need to be properly repaired and sufficiently flat. Timing: * Electrician completing chasing Thursday 8 October. Cabinet fixings will need to anchor into the brickwork. Photos show the current condition. Updated photos can be provided Thursday. Install a curtain rod on one sidebof my verandah (outside)

I’m looking for quotes to remove the tiles (splashback) and repair the drywall, in preparation for tiling in the near future. Started doing this myself and realised it’s going to take longer than planned. Dimensions of the wall are 3255mm x 700mm. In an apartment with metal studs.

Plasterer needed to patch hole in wall near bottom. Plasterboard needs to be screwed to wall, sanded and ready for painting. If painting can be done by same tasker, happy to amend quote price.

We need to disconnect a power point permanently and make the wiring safe. There's no need to leave ready for plastering, blank plate, etc just disconnect and make wiring safe.

I have an old surface-mounted GPO that needs replacing. Two old rigid PVC conduits enter from above — the left is the incoming supply and the right continues to another working GPO. The downstream GPO needs to remain connected. Looking for supply and installation of a suitable 10A weatherproof surface-mounted GPO, with any conduit adjustment required for the installation. There is also an ceramic fuse that needs checking and replacing with the fuse wire. Please let me know your quote. Thanks.

Three power points in the wall needing fixing.

There are 3 steel shelf brackets (used for a heavy timber shelf) that need to be removed. There are further holes in the wall as can be seen in the photo that will need to be filled in (with expanding foam or similar) and then plastered to create a neat flush wall. The screws also need to be removed and patched up.

We have replaced the control panel and power supply. The suana is still not turning on. There is no power getting to the board. We suspect the fuse so hopefully it’s a matter of replacing the fuse. The boards in top of the Sauna need to be checked and if the fault still exists please confirm where the fault is. So this job is to replace the fuse and place cover on main box and check it’s safe, if still not working then report findings. *the fuse has been supplied.

Patch up sand render at house where new plumbing and hot was installed

2 of the bedroom robe interiors are demolished and newly installed cabinets. Plastering work needed to fill the gaps, dents and cracks on the interior robes. Couple of hours job for an experienced plasterer. Need this done before painting works to commence.

I bought a retractable garden hose (see photo) and need the screws drills drilled. It is replacing another one but there are only 2 screws for it. Also I got a cheap awning for the side of the house and need someone to screw it onto the wall please (see photo) Please let me know when you can do the job too. Thanks

I have 5 ceiling holes from removed evaporative cooling vents that have already been patched with plasterboard. Please see pictures The timber backing has been installed and the plasterboard pieces are already screwed in place, so I only need the plastering/stopping completed. Work required: * Tape all plasterboard joints * Apply base coat and finishing/top coats as required * Feather/blend patches into the existing ceiling * Sand smooth * Leave all 5 patches ready for painting No painting required. Looking for an experienced plasterer who can achieve a smooth finish that won’t be visible once painted.

One PowerPoint is buzzing and needs replacing, we have a replacement. A second outdoor PowerPoint needs replacing as when one side is off it appears to still be able to be used.
