the current Drawer NEEDS to be LINED with an INNER Shell to cut-around the 50mm Plumbing Waste-pipe. - please see the pics- .. pic.1 is the current Drawer. .. pic.2 . is an example of the CUT-OUT for the Pipe - BUT, it does not need to be this big. I have some Materials - ply - that can be used for this. ... you will NEED to- (1) CUT strips of approximately 70mm high and screw these to the Drawer frame / to each other. (2)CUT a base that needs to be glued to the existing base. any questions.? - pls ask..

I really need this black bench/shelf thing removed. It’s built into all the apartments in my building. I can’t see how it joins but it’s really solid and stuck in there. I’d like it removed in a way that doesn’t damage the existing melamine (or whatever it is), although I understand it may expose some joins. Right now I just want the space it’s taking up.
Ashley knew exactly what to do! Which was perfect because I had no clue. He’s clearly a very organised person, on time with all the tools. He even brought little screw hole cover stickies for a finishing touch!

I was thinking maybe a melamine piece could cover the old space and be cut out to match the new oven.
