Balcony dimensions 4380 x 2000mm Heavy sand and stain. Preference for lighter stain but appreciate the limitations that exist. No interest in a painted finish.

Four chairs and one three-seater mid-century sofa that need sanding, some minor repairs, general tidying up and oil finishing/sealing. They will need a few new pieces of wood (for support) around the inside of the seat bases and new strapping added (see examples in the images). I will buy all the materials, but you will need to provide any power tools, etc., required to refinish the pieces. Wood dowelings also need to be added to the seat-back of the three-seater for support, which I will purchase. They will all need to be sealed and finished with oil (supplied). Any other materials I’m happy to buy in advance; just to let me know. I’ve also included some photos to indicate what they currently look like. Generally, staples need removing, new pieces of wood added around the inside edges of the seat bases (likely), all-over sanding, and some small repairs are required. I’ve also included two images of previously refinished chairs to indicate what I’m going for. I’m tempted to add a layer of ply to the seat bases for support, as the webbing stretches quickly, but I will take your advice. If you have any questions, please ask.

I am looking for someone to sand and re-oil my timber kitchen bench top. There is a bit of mould around the kitchen sink that we have tried to get out by sanding the area back and treating it (see photos). But we don’t have the time to finish the rest of the bench top. One part of the bench top is 1.49m by 80cm, and the other part is 2.5m by 62cm, including the sink and the stove top.

The deck will need to be sanded and cleaned and then have a water-repellant oil applied. Need you to supply all equipment and finishing products. Prefer this to be done on a Friday, if two days are required, Thursday and Friday. If selected, you should stop by a measure so you enough supplies

I have a decent floorboard project I would like a quote for. This countertop was damaged by some of the items that were placed on top of it. I wanted it sanded and refinished so that it looks as good as new.

I need this metal plate pictured refinish. Has rust spots all over. Perhaps powder coated and made to look new and fresh.

We are looking for an experienced handyman to remove the remnants of dead vines/roots from our exterior wall, refinish the surface to match the existing texture, and repaint the area to match the current color. The work will also include finishing and repainting the roof under the patio. Refinishing furniture 2 dressers and 3 bedside draws

Looking for someone to restain the front deck. I currently do not have the materials for this job, but can purchase the stain etc closer to the date (flexible on date but need the job completed in March).

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.

We ordered a table that was supposed to be solid oak wood, but the supplier has installed a plywood veneer on top. This has been chipped during shipping, so we need to remove this veneer and refinish the table top properly. Material underneath: oak wood Dimensions: 135cm by 135cm (rounded) Color: brown

25sqm living room area timber floor. There are stains soaked in so it needs sanding + staining + coating. Maybe just half of the area as the rest are covered by sofa and carpet.

Recently entered into contract for 2 bed apartment and preparing for the impending renovations/touch ups required before I can move in. Currently tenant in place for next 45 days so trying to secure everything in advance. Would like to have the carpet in the bedrooms removed and replaced with chevron engineered timber flooring (to match the living room). Also need to have the entire floor refinished.
