Deck Refinish 15 m² timber deck. Full sand then two coats stain

Previously had my bath tub grouting redone and cracks in the tub repaired, however this looks like an unfinished repair job but we are unfamiliar of whether this is normal. Is someone able to restore the look of the bathtub back to normal?
