Looking for an experienced carpenter / timber restoration / painting professional to repair and refinish our timber front entry door tomorrow (Monday 28 September) in Minyama. The timber door has weathering and deterioration, particularly around the bottom rail and lower edges, as shown in the attached photos. We are preparing the property for presentation/photos, so we want it looking significantly better and professionally finished. Work required: * Assess damaged/weathered timber * Sand back deteriorated/flaking areas * Repair/fill damaged sections where required * Blend repaired areas into existing timber * Prep the door and surrounding timber as required * Apply suitable exterior timber stain/oil/finish to restore the colour and appearance * Ideally colour-match the existing timber finish * Clean up afterwards Important: We don’t just want stain painted over the damaged timber. The weathered areas need to be properly prepared/repaired first so the finished result presents well. Please supply all tools, sandpaper, fillers and suitable exterior timber finishing products required. Must be available tomorrow.
