Repair rotten exterior timber beside shutters in patio I have a section of external timber trim/cladding beside a window that has rotted due to previous water leakage. I initially thought the damage was limited to the vertical trim, but after removing some of the soft timber it appears there may also be deterioration to the timber behind it. The original source of the water leak has been repaired. Looking for an experienced carpenter to: * Inspect the exposed area and determine how far the rot extends * Remove all rotten timber back to sound timber * Repair/replace any affected backing timber if required * Replace the damaged external vertical trim with suitable exterior timber * Ensure the area is properly weatherproofed/sealed so water cannot get behind it again * Prime the new timber ready for painting I already have the matching exterior paint and can paint the finished repair myself if preferred. Wooden fencing is bending without support. Need someone to fix the fencing with support

French door repair doesn't open or shut properly hinges need work in one of the photos the hinge is missing but I have that just want to be able to open and shut the doors.

The slates on one side of my bed have come off the main frame you can see in the photos where the piece has broken and come off … I am happy to pay for the material cost of this job I know materials cost will vary … it’s not a huge job but would need someone who knows how to make this secure and sturdy … PS I HAVE taken a photo of the other side of the slates that are intact

The wood is swollen because of the moisture so it is not closing properly and there are some issues with the lock as well
