Need to remove one oil stain off a driveway. Very fresh, only a few days old. Needs to be completely gone.

Deck is in okay condition, not terrible but in need of a clean, sand & and either a stain or oil, whatever is recommended. Happy to include photos to see what would be recommended to bring it back to life. Size of the deck is around 8 x 3.

Hey! I’ve got a stainless steel sink where the seal around the edges has come off and water leaked out onto the kitchen floor. We dog sat the wrong dog. 1 lounge room & 1 bedroom require full carpet clean, with several random spots requiring heavy duty pet urine stain removal. Seeking a professional with industrial equipment only - I've used my Vax shampooer with Urine Off a few times over and the problem isn't lifting. I've also tried Koh, baking soda/vinegar, etc....They look great at first but then seem to come back over time. Please someone who knows what they are doing come and restore the full carpet to brand new again. I'll move as much furniture as I can out of the rooms to allow a full go over as close to a "bond" level clean as possible.
