Sand back all undercoated balustrade, fill any holes using the appropriate fillers, gap fill all gaps using the appropriate fillers. 2. Apply two coats of Weather Shield gloss paint, colour TBA. 3. Lightly sand all deck using soft pad followed by a deck soft wash. 4. Applying multiple coats to stain the Merbau timber deck to ensure the correct protection. Thank you!

Preparing our property in Little Jilliby for sale and looking for someone experienced in deck restoration to freshen up two existing timber deck/verandah areas. The decks are generally in serviceable condition, but the existing finish is weathered and faded and needs refreshing. Need a carpenter to remove a kitchen cabinet carcass and stainless kickboard for a prebuilt dishwasher hub. Cabinet doors and screws have already been removed. One nail remains between larger cabinet and smaller cabinet (both cabinet carcasses have to be removed) -- see pictures. Stainless-steel kickboard does not have a gap between it and cabinet. Must have own tools. Care will have to be taken to not damage/scratch the hardwood floor.
