Alfresco ceiling * I have already completed the initial coat of white paint on the ceiling. * It does not need multiple coats, special weatherproofing or a full repainting system. * I just need one final coat plus any final touch-ups to get an even, tidy finish. * I will supply the paint. * Existing fans and lights need to be worked around/protected. Deck * Once the ceiling painting is finished, clean the timber deck, including removing any paint splashes and surface dirt. * Apply decking stain/oil to refresh the existing finish. * No major sanding or full deck restoration required. This is straightforward sale preparation. I can supply the paint, decking product, etc. as required. Hourly pay or good price for the complete job. I’ve put $500 as an initial budget. We need 12 stainless steel balustrade wires reinstated on one side to an existing deck post. Must have swager to crimp the wire.
