Iron balustrade to be painted. Before painting, the old paint needs to be scraped off. I started scraping off 2.3 metres out of the 8 meters in total, but never have time to continue and finish it. I have paint stripper (dichoromethane) and can provide metal scrapping tools to remove the old paint. I will also provide the primer and paint to finish the job. - Due date: Flexible

It has an internal crank which seems to be jammed, possibly the cabling is folding as it feeds in and its getting stuck.
