Above the tiles and around the rangehood needs plastering

Bricklayer needed to complete a renovation job on the exterior of property. The job involves infilling areas around a newly installed set of bi-fold doors, ensuring a secure and weather-tight finish that blends seamlessly with the existing structure. The primary objective is to complete the wall infill and rendering as indicated in photos. NO LINTEL REQUIRED. Foam to infill the gap from the new framing to the existing blockwork. Professional render finish over it, blended and textured to match the existing render finish labeled "5". A seamless blend is the highest priority. Carefully render around the existing conduit and plumbing connections at the base.

Looking for a meticulous finisher to complete the final stages of a renovation across a living room, bedroom, and garage. Plastering: Finishing off existing sheets, including setting joints and sanding to a paint-ready finish. Cornice: Supply and/or install approx. 5m of cornice (matching existing style). Skirting: Install approx. 29m of skirting boards (primed/ready for fitment). Painting: Final coats on the new work to blend with existing surfaces. 1. Living room requires skirting around perimeter, cornice, plastering and painting around bifold doors. 3. Entrance to main bedroom requires plastering, cornice, painting. 4. Garage requires replacing missing plasterboard in ceiling, cornice, plastering and painting. Not: Paining not required for the entire house, only newly plastered areas.

Put together a outdoor sauna

Paint new plasterboard garage ceiling, approximately 30m2 between Thursday 13 May and Saturday 16 May. I will supply the paint but you need to provide the necessary painting equipment including drop sheets if required. The colour of the ceiling will be similar to the walls. I think the ceiling will require 2 coats of sealing paint and maybe a coat of finish. You will need to advise me. Apologies, photos not available as the new ceiling will. It be installed until Tuesday.

The issue: A section of plaster on the left side of the garage ceiling has come loose and is now sitting on top of the garage door wheel/track. It's pressing against the door mechanism, so I'd like it sorted before it causes damage or falls further. What I'd like done: Investigate the cause of the failure (loose fixings, water damage, batten issue, etc.) and let me know what you find. If the plaster sheet is still in good condition — push it back up into position and screw it securely to the battens/joists above. If it's too damaged to reuse — cut out the affected section, replace with new plasterboard, and patch/finish so it blends with the surrounding ceiling. Clean up any debris from the garage floor and door track afterwards. Note: If on inspection the job turns out to need more work than the above, I'm happy to discuss and agree on a revised quote before you proceed.

They did a quick touch up on some skuff. Marks door scratches have the paint.Don't have any equipment.needs to be a quick job. Must be completed before 5 pm

I need a handy electrician to connect my sauna and put together the final bits and pieces. I took this down from another site and brought it home thinking I can just put it back together but now confused. It’s 3/4 of the way there just need someone to connect it up. For someone with electrical experience should be a very quick job.

The corner of the brick fence 2m high was damaged (see the photo). Metal angle and the render is to be reinstated and then painted in monument colour as the rest of the fence.
