The surrounding ornamental moulding/detail must be preserved and not damaged. Scope: 2 ceiling roses Remove/flatten the raised centre section Patch and smooth the centre area Keep the outer decorative details intact Sand and make ready for painting Clean finish required Please protect the surrounding area while working Photos attached for reference. Important: this is not just a simple hole patch. I need someone with experience working around decorative/ornamental plaster.

Job suitable for newbie plasterer/handyman. I need a first coat of plaster applied to three walls (approx. 20 sqm total) to fill gaps between the bricks and slight levelling. All materials will be supplied. You are welcome to bring your own tools if preferred. Minimal prep and cleaning required, as flooring will be replaced. The job is expected to be completed on the same day (estimated 3–5 hours). Property is a ground floor apartment with private parking available directly beside the unit for easy access.
