Repair rendering on wall in pool area - please see photos - which has chipped away. Area size is approx 2300mm wide x 140mm deep.

There is a crack in the ceiling that keeps re-forming and causing our cornice to fall off. We need a qualified plasterer to 1) cut back the damaged plaster, 2) reinforce the joint properly, 3) build up layers of compound, 4) replace the missing cornice and re paint for good aesthetic result

Hi looking for a chippy crew to demolish some old plasterboard and hang some gyprock and board at a house in red hill. The gyprock to be removed is the old horsehair type and I have the sheeting on site ready to hang.

We have a small back deck area with a gyprock slanted roof. No need for scraping/prepping as I've painted it several times , it was also sugar soaped today too so very clean. The gyprock joints need plastering as they can be clearly seen - our plastering isn't up to it, I think there are either 6 or 8 in total. I'm going to say the length of the deck is approx 4mtr and the width each side of the beam is the length of a gyprock sheet (say 2400mm) Depending on what you charge when you come back to sand it down, maybe giving the roof a refresh coat of paint, no need to bring any, I have plenty. I will move 90% of the items off the deck (plus the friendly dogs) we now have a doggy ramp down half the back stairs as the are a bit wobbly.

Balustrade replacement and discussion

Need to plaster a ceiling edge to match the rest of the ceiling. No painting required but needs to join up nicely to existing edge. Length is around 4m

I need the current Power Point and aerial point in my wall removed and relocated to the top of the pantry. Then have the wall patched over Then install a 75” Samsung frame TV 1. Remove power point and patch up the wall so it’s smooth gyprock 2. Move the power points and aerial point into the top of the pantry 3. Install the frame TV in the middle of the wall 4. Run the cable for the frame TV through the wall to the pantry and connect up the one connect box in the pantry

I have renewed my balcony doors and windows and need someone to tidy up the plastering and paint above the doors.

Repair required to one decking balustrade that is damaged. Hopefully the panel can be mended.

We would like to have an interior window covered with drywall, including sills removed and gaps filled so that the whole wall is flush and can be repainted. Window size is 1800mm X 920mm

I have knocked up a small (approx. 4mx1m) besser block wall in my front yard. See image. It is in front of, but is separated from, another wall behind it. Wooden top is removable. I’d like the wall to be rendered before I paint it.

We need a qualified carpenter to take down this existing balustrade, and put in a higher one. We are moving in soon and our large dog will be able to jump this. We have the correct paint to repaint it, but would need you to source the wood and fixtures. We will also still need a gate there. As shown, power point has been dislodged from the wall and needs to be refitted to wall and fixed securely. - Due date: Before Saturday, 3 February 2024

Tile and section of plastering removed for washing machine to be fitted. Require replastering of a small section to repair wall. I have internal paint. While I o have a spare tile, I don’t want to repair with that as I need to e able to get the washing machine out of the gap. - Due date: Before Monday, 22 January 2024
