Need a painter for outside home skirting under outside guttering.

We have moved into a new terrace . We would like someone to clean the front gutters on the second level . They are very clogged with leaves and sticks . It is 3.4 metres of gutter in total. It would require ladders. We are flexible in terms of time available . Thanks

We have a warehouse in Redfern and we're looking for someone to fix some tarps to some windows in order to block out the light. Tarps and screws will be provided, as will a ladder to get onto the roof. Drill not provided.

Install overflow drains in front and back and connect to adjacent downpipes. 4. Prepare garage single skin external wall for waterproofing (currently rendered and painted). 5. Apply waterproof membrane to slab and hob and 1 external wall (single skin boundary wall). 6. Install overflow drains to three other balconies and connect to adjacent down pipes. 7. Include materials, repairs by licensed waterproof trade person, and certificate of compliance on waterproofing. 8. Licensed trade only offers please. No contactors and no handy people.

I've got a rodent problem. They seem to have got access to the house. I believe it's via the deck. The task is to rodent proof my deck and block any access to the house. This includes putting in hardware wire to the deck to block access. The deck is approximately 5m by 4m. I will also need help investigating how they are getting into the house. Most likely via a piping that hasn't been sealed.

Simple clean with a blower. Just the short front gutter and to blow leaves off back roof and laser light above verandah. Small inner west townhouse.

1) Have an existing timber slatted garden gate and the latch often does not catch at the top after shutting door and can swing open randomly. I need the gate to be either amended where it has a strong(er) spring that keeps it shut at all times and a new latch at the top or possibly completely replaced with a new child/pet proof version. I have a cat as well as small children that visit so gate cannot have spaces where either can get out. I need it to stay shut even when not locked. 2) I have another metal gate further down the side of the house and I have purchased a very fine black mesh outdoor sheet that I need fixed securely onto the entire metal gate. A timber piece may need to be fixed to block the gap at the bottom of the gate as a cat can easily slip out from under there too. Im flexible on budget as I know it will depend on whether the person appointed can make the existing timber gate work or whether a complete new one needs to be priced. Please advise how you would address this in your reply message.
