Removal of guy wire from chimney on roof. The wire has come loose from its anchor point on the roof and the free end is swinging and banging against the chimney (picture 1). Gutter and downpipes cleaning

I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.
