A box gutter and side gutters cleaning once a quarter. It is a 15min job (my dad is currently do it)

I am looking for someone who is an experienced welder, I have a Volkswagen crafter campervan with significant rust damage - whole panel above sliding door has been eaten away. A bit of a big and tricky job, but looking for someone to try treat/ cut out the area as much as possible and then weld steel where the panel is, put fibreglass etc . Not worried about looks but want something to keep the rain out and hopefully last as long as possible. Once again it’s an odd job but hoping to find someone crafty and full of ideas. (photo isn’t great, can provide more) Also, budget isn’t accurate - just seeing if anyone would be interested in this job

Need help waterproofing an aluminium trough in our gallery. Currently the trough is leaking and we need to come up with a solution to make it water tight today. We are located in Haymarket in a commercial building.

Gutter cleaning – single-storey terrace house, approx. 24 m total I need four sections of guttering cleaned, with a total approximate length of 24 metres: * Front of house – approx. 4 m * Rear of house – approx. 4 m * Side of house – approx. 4 m * Rear-lane garage – approx. 12 m This is a single-storey terrace house. Please see attached photos for the gutter locations and access. The gutters are expected to mainly contain leaves and other debris from nearby trees. Scope of work: * Thoroughly remove all leaves, debris and loose material from all four gutter sections. * Place all gutter waste in our green bins — no off-site disposal is required. * Do not push or flush gutter debris down the downpipes, to avoid causing blockages. * Make sure the gutter outlets are left clear. * Take clear before and after photos of all four gutter sections. The task should be relatively straightforward and is expected to be a small job given the total gutter length and single-storey height. I have a Little Giant King Kombo Model 8′–14′ (2.44–4.27 m) ladder available if useful, although you are welcome to use your own equipment. Please be experienced and comfortable working safely from ladders and confirm that you have appropriate insurance/coverage for this type of work. This is likely to become a recurring job approximately once every three months, assuming the work is completed to a high standard and the ongoing price is reasonable. Budget: approximately $80 . Happy to consider reasonable offers based on the photos and access.

Carpentry. Replace a 100mm dia. Pine log pergola beam that has rotted and split in half. The pine log is approx. 3.5m long and notched at each end and fixed to supports. We will place this inside of the polycarbonate roof so the beam doesn’t rot out again.

Need a dead animal removed from the roof cavity, together with pest control treatment. There is a very strong dead-animal odour inside the property. Please inspect the roof cavity, locate and remove the animal, deodorise/sanitise the affected area, and carry out appropriate pest control.

See pics of exact shed below. I purchased the concrete fixings pack that will attach the shed to the concrete pavers where it will sit in our backyard. It just got delivered today even though I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the 17th.
