Removal of guy wire from chimney on roof. The wire has come loose from its anchor point on the roof and the free end is swinging and banging against the chimney (picture 1). Require full removal of wire. Must have own ladder/ tools. Also require the exterior pane of an adjacent velux skylight window cleaned as there appears to be lichen growth on the outside.
