Hi team I've accidentally reversed my car today into a low hanging garage door. The antenna was removed however I've managed to put back onto the vehicle. Clean gutters on double story home. There is a gutter on part of the first level and a gutter around the roof of the second level. Second level access via upstairs balconies.

Exterior wall is 5m long. Top section is 0.4m. Brand new roof completed recently. Small amount of water still coming inside during the storm from the top of wall inside, so want to fix all holes in the wall, remove wood pieces and waterproof top section of the wall. Previous owners had a pergola (and removed it - see pic) but left the pieces in the wall and the holes and odd brickwork. Happy to discuss best options to fix this top bit of wall.

We have a micro pond with mosaic tiles. The water level is dropping within 24hrs and then stops around the bottom 1/8. So we expect it is leaking from the side somewhere but cannot identify the issue. Looking for a cost effective solution to fix the water issue without demolition works.
