I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back.
