Roof replacement for back shed. Currently shed is not entirely sealed so would like this to be done with roof replacement. Shed is ~8.2m2.

Roof leak detected during heavy rain for a two stories house. Sarking is damanaged and water is dripping onto the ceiling plasterboard. Need to find the root cause why water is dripping from roof tile to the sarking, fixing it and and also need to patch the sarking.

Paint in original colors ( Green, red and white): Fascia, Soffit and the red gable ornament. Part circled in green on the photos, on the second floor, will need to be done ASAP. Thank you!

The valve of the pipe on the bathroom is leaking. Just drops not massive. And, the door roll hinges on the top of the laundry broke. Needs to be fixed.

1. Cement steps (filling the gaps with brown cement to the tile’s colour as I don’t have any spare tiles)- open to ideas on how to make the steps more presentable. You will supply cement. 2. Fix white fence so that it can stand and be attached to the top railing (as how the right side of the fence is) You will supply cement. 3. Flashing has deteriorated around chimney allowing water into the house. Need this repaired by an experience roofer - Due date: Flexible
