Looking for an experienced roof plumber / roofer to investigate and repair several minor roof leaks/water ingress issues at a house in Randwick. Issues became noticeable during recent heavy rain. Areas include: - Minor leak marks/internal moisture near ceiling cornice in bedroom - Water ingress/staining near living area ceiling - Possible leak around rear roof junction area - Gaps/openings visible around eaves/soffits - Gutters/valleys may also require cleaning/checking Photos attached. Looking for someone who can: - properly diagnose source of leaks - inspect flashing, roof penetrations, valleys and gutters - recommend permanent fix (not just temporary silicone patching) - carry out minor repairs same day if possible Roof types: - tiled roof on original section - metal roof on rear addition Please include: - roofing/plumbing licence details - experience with leak detection - rough availability this week Would prefer someone experienced with leak investigations rather than full roof restorations.

Roof replacement for back shed. Currently shed is not entirely sealed so would like this to be done with roof replacement. Shed is ~8.2m2.

Roof leak detected during heavy rain for a two stories house. Sarking is damanaged and water is dripping onto the ceiling plasterboard. Need to find the root cause why water is dripping from roof tile to the sarking, fixing it and and also need to patch the sarking.

The valve of the pipe on the bathroom is leaking. Just drops not massive. And, the door roll hinges on the top of the laundry broke. Needs to be fixed.

1. Cement steps (filling the gaps with brown cement to the tile’s colour as I don’t have any spare tiles)- open to ideas on how to make the steps more presentable. You will supply cement. 2. Fix white fence so that it can stand and be attached to the top railing (as how the right side of the fence is) You will supply cement. 3.
