Work required: •Measure and cut the kickboard to fit neatly under the vanity. •Cut neatly around the existing vanity legs/plumbing where required. •Secure the kickboard in place. Waterproof seal the entire perimeter and all joins/edges with quality bathroom-grade waterproof silicone/sealant. •Ensure there are no gaps where water can get underneath. •Clean up all excess sealant and debris. •Leave the area neat, waterproof and professionally finished. Please only offer if you have experience with bathroom cabinetry/kickboards and waterproof sealing. Kickboard supplied by me. Labour + sealant only.

I recently discovered what might be water damage caused by either an internal leaking pipe, grouting or water sealing issue from the upstairs 2 shower stalls. Work may involve applying waterproof epoxy grout Full Shower Reseal (Floor + 2-3 walls). I have attached some photos showing the area.

Looking for a roofie to help repair some cut sarking in Matraville. I believe it was cut when the solar was installed but not repaired at that time. All defects have the flap still attached, probably about 10 flaps. Would like small pieces of sarking placed over the defects, then the flap lifted back up and covered with sarking tape.

Need help installing new roof racks to my Honda Trax (with pre existing side rails) using a K328 kit as an adaption to help it fit. The current downpipe measures approximately 106x55 mm. I attempted to use a 100x50 mm downpipe, but it doesn’t fit. I need you to supply a downpipe that is 106x55 mm at the top, transitioning to 100x50 mm at the bottom to fit into my stormwater connection, and install it by slot in to the top part and connect the bottom one to the storm water.

Remove the existing balcony waterproofing (approximately 10m²). The underlying material is fibre cement board. Sanding, grinding, or scraping may be required, but take care not to damage the fibre cement board.
