Find experienced local roofers in Maroubra Junction

Looking for a qualified and experienced roof tiler to inspect the roof tiles on my two-storey house and replace any cracked or damaged tiles. I already have spare replacement tiles. Access via ladder is preferred, rather than through the manhole, if safely possible. Must be a professional roof tiler with relevant experience and expertise in roof tile inspection and repairs.

My downpipe disconnected from the gutter, there is a gap of less than 5 cm. Downpipe cannot be lifted up to rejoin the gutter so I presume it needs a joiner/connector. Diameter of downpipe is 90mm. See photos attached. Thank you

need roof gutters cleaned for a semi in Maroubra

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. Happy to send more or jump on a quick call.

Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own. Weekend only (ideally July 18 or july 19). Ideally 1 person with experience in roofing who will help my husband to do the job.

Scope of work: -Clean a section of gutter located on a two-storey residential property. The gutter has gutter guard installed, but debris appears to have accumulated and requires cleaning. -Provide clear photos of the gutter after the work is completed.

Install installation in attic to create a dust free storage environment. Lights attic ladder and flooring is already in place. It’s just the insulation that needs to be attached to the rafters area.

I need someone to install a set of Yakima roof crossbars on my Ford EcoSport 2018 (flush roof rail type). Either https://www.roofracksgalore.com.au/yakima-aero-thrubar-black-2-bar-roof-rack-for-ford-ecosport-5dr-suv-with-flush-roof-rail-2018-onwards-gp0261xdq or https://www.roofracksgalore.com.au/yakima-aero-flushbar-black-2-bar-roof-rack-for-ford-ecosport-5dr-suv-with-flush-roof-rail-2018-onwards-gp0276f30 (open to recommendation). The product above that I'll but includes the bars, the fitting kit and the instructions — I just need them mounted securely and correctly. The kit attaches to the factory mounting points on the flush rails, no drilling required. Should be a straightforward job for anyone who's done roof racks before (around 30–45 mins). Please bring your own basic tools (I can take the car if it's around Maroubra or Hurstville).

Looking for someone to get up on a ladder and clean my gutters. There are 2 sections, the front and side (not covered) and the back which has a removable plastic leaf guard. Looking for them to be completely emptied. I can provide a ladder if it’s easier.

Hi team I've accidentally reversed my car today into a low hanging garage door. The antenna was removed however I've managed to put back onto the vehicle. However the process has seen a small dent underneath the front of the antenna. Hoping someone can help unpop the panel so I can then fix the antenna properly to the roof.
