Looking for someone to locate and remove a dead animal from the roof space of a single-level house in Hornsby. I don’t think it is too deep into the roof space and access should be reasonably straightforward. I would normally check/remove it myself, but I currently have an injury and can’t safely access the roof cavity. Task is to locate the animal, remove and dispose of it, and clean/sanitise the immediate area if required.

I have a tiled roof, and whenever it rains, even lightly, I can see small drops of water coming through the side of the window. I need someone to come and inspect the roof and fix the leak.

There is a dead rat between the roof cavity and the eaves. I can get the smell and the location but can not see it. The dead rat can only be accessed from outside by popping a few tiles. This is what I want done 1. Carefully pop a few tiles to identify the location of the dead rat 2. Once the dead rat is identified, remove the dead rat and dispose of it 3. Put the tiles back carefully so there are no leaks and no cracks in the tiles.
