There is a dead rat between the roof cavity and the eaves. I can get the smell and the location but can not see it. The dead rat can only be accessed from outside by popping a few tiles. This is what I want done 1. Carefully pop a few tiles to identify the location of the dead rat 2. Once the dead rat is identified, remove the dead rat and dispose of it 3. Put the tiles back carefully so there are no leaks and no cracks in the tiles.

I need a general roof maintenance for the building as follow 1. Gutter clean up 2. Replace approx 20-30 broken roof tiles 3. Re-bed approx 20 loose ridge caps by laying down a fresh mortar base to firmly lock the caps back into place 4. Repoint if any ridge sections need to be repointed. 4.
