a wall was wet after last string rains. it was patched 2 years ago and caused no issues since - probably needs re patching properly. This is happening only when it rains really heavy, might need to add some colorbond to make it a bit longer where it connects to the existing roof

I need a roofer/handyman to properly investigate and repair a roof leak (see photos). Details: Location: Garage ceiling has a large water stain that has worsened over time. History: Another Airtasker previously checked and said it was fixed, but the leak has continued. Issue: Likely not a broken tile, but may be related to the area where the antenna is installed or flashing around it. Requirements: Inspect the roof and identify the actual cause of the leak. Carry out a proper repair to stop further water damage. Provide photos of the issue and completed repair. Safety: Must have own safety equipment for roof access. Goal: Leak must be completely fixed so no further water enters and the ceiling does not get worse.

Just wondering for the quote to replace the old polycarbonate roofing with the new one for my front door entrance veranda in Mount Colah. Currently there are 4 polycarbonate sheets measuring 10 ft X 10ft in area.

Old rough roof needs respraying, some cracked tiles, I have some spares if need replacing.

Hi there - we’re needing the gutters cleaned out. Any leaves/debris removed for a clean flow of rain in winter. House is 2 storey, 1 storey access from the street, but house is on a slope.

Require a plumber to: 1) Install 2 x new downpipes and connect them to stormwater system; Install one of these downpipes with leaf eater. 2) Install 2 x leaf eaters to existing downpipes to avoid build up of leaves in the gutter. There are currently pavers underneath the downpipes so you will need to direct water from newly installed downpipes to stormwater (likely underneath the pavers as there are stormwater pits nearby)

We need someone to come and clean the gutters in our small house. They have quite a bit of build up from the past couple of months with all types of weather. We have a ladder you can use if needed. Ideally someone who is experienced in this area.
