I have a 2010 Volkswagen Golf GTI and need the old, deteriorated bonnet insulation removed and replaced. I have already purchased the new under-bonnet insulation. The new insulation has adhesive backing, so no glue is required. The job involves: Carefully removing the old bonnet insulation. Using the old insulation as a template to measure and cut the new insulation to the correct size and shape. Cutting out the necessary sections/holes around bolts, clips, brackets and other components so everything fits correctly. Carefully peeling off the adhesive backing and installing the new insulation. Making sure the insulation is properly aligned, securely attached and has a neat, factory-style fit. I’m looking for someone who is experienced with automotive work and has good attention to detail, as I want the new insulation cut and fitted as close to the original as possible.

I need someone who has a long ladder to access bird nesting on the drainpipe under the roof eve of my two-story townhouse. Will also need to use Gerni ( I have one) to wash off bird droppings. See attached photo- not the drain-pipe in top right of photo.

I'm about to commence an attic conversion and require my existing solar panels to be removed and stored on premise. Ideally I'd have them reinstalled after the conversion is complete. The solar panels are 5 years old.

There is moisture in 1st floor bedroom ceiling and water dripping down along one wall. This was previously because of a dirty gutter. Will need a repeat clean out and any solution to prevent recurrence. The house is two storey.

Single story 3 bed house needs gutter cleaning

I have a new roof top tent I would like installed on my trucks tray racks. All parts included and racks ready to go. First photo product and second photo vehicle.

The roof is aluminium. The leaks are coming in next to the skylight and also on the exterior of the rangehood. There are a few rusting spots near the skylight that also need repair.

The chimney is shared between two semis. The leak is on my neighbour's side. The lead flashing appears to be in good condition. the morter around the ceramic "crown" is very weather and I think this is where the leak is coming from.

Planter box on 1st floor of a double storey house to adjacent balcony area needs to be waterproofed. Planter box has three connecting sections measure: 1840x420x550mm (length x width x depth), 2500x780x550mm and 1900x780x550 mm. To waterproof and facilitate good drainage via two drains on the bottom of planter boxes. Can see one of the drains in the photo. It will be filled with soil after waterproofing. Work required: priming, applying self level to create appropriate drainage, sealing junctions, holes if any and floor waste, waterproofing 2 coats.
