Looking for an experienced renovator/builder/handyman to review two bedrooms (partition between rooms made of PVC) and advise on best sound-proofing options. Currently lots of echo/able to hear from the other room

Licensed NSW roofer required for full COLORBOND roof replacement on a terrace in Ultimo NSW 2007. Existing corrugated metal roof is heavily rusted with some water ingress. Photos attached. Roof area estimated at approx. 55m². Exact measurements can be confirmed onsite. Please provide a high-level quote including: * Supply/install new COLORBOND roof + profile/BMT and Remove/dispose existing roof sheets * New flashings and cappings * New screws/fixings/sealing washers * Waterproofing around walls/chimney * Waste removal/clean-up * Must have a NSW contractor licence

Remove 2 pendants from their ceiling fittings. Ideally can be done while standing on board room table (if not I can assist moving table). Must be cleanly removed so that I can reattach at another date.

There appears to be a leak coming from the sunroof area maybe from a blockage or a seal issue. Need it fixed. Driver and rear passenger right side floor was extremely damp this morning.

Hi flow xforce catted down pipes on my Scirocco R Volkswagen hatchback. There are directions online document are super clear it’s actually super easy will take 30 mins. I don’t have a jack or hoist, I could not get it up ramps I had without cooking bumper. Needs some clearance to get under, where as top bolts can be accessed via taking off air box (already off) and potentially battery depending on sockets you have. Ideally you come to Ultimo or if you have a workshop near by I can bring it too

Front Terrace house gutter needs to be cleaned and supplied gutter guard needs to installed. The gutter is on the second level and is facing a small street.

I need assistance fixing two light sockets on my roof. The sockets turn on and off but no longer hold the bulbs in place properly. This may require replacing the units themselves. Exposed beam roof needs to be prepared before painting and electrical install. Open plan space with I-beam down the middle, 3.4mx3.4m and 3.4mx2.4m Remove all old screws and nails, sand and clean up in preparation for painting and lighting/cabling. Space is currently uninhabited and a worksite so will not be too hard to work around. A quick and easy job for anyone with half an afternoon free and the right equipment.
