Find experienced local roofers in Darlington

The flashing on the lower roof on just one side needs fixing as it doesn’t extend on the roof. I also wonder about flashing below the gutter against that wall.

I need the gutters and down pipes cleaned and part of it repaired (small part patching) of a 2 storey terrace. Please refer to pictures for location.

The plastic down pipe has fallen off the wall and water is now running down the outside of the wall. The down pipe is laying on the ground beneath undamaged. It needs to be put back in place.

Looking for a builder to quote for building a permanent pergola roof in Darlington NSW. Dimensions approx 3.5m by 3.8m. Looking for something translucent that would let sun light in, but protect against rain. Should look nice/modern too. Task is purely for a quote.

Two storey terrace - need to get onto the roof to clean the gutter at the front. We have also been advised that there may be potential leaks in the roof due to water damage in the ceiling - looking to have someone inspect and advise on this

Leaking is evident due to watermarks on the ceiling
