Hi, we have few spots in our building that might need a bit of repair that leaks only when we have a big downpour.

We need to repair the roof on the photo

There's a hole in the slate roof and heavy rain drips down occasionally, just looking for a short term fix to control moisture (please note second photo is an older pic and unsure of current situation)

We require an experienced roofer/handy manto supply and install flexible flashing (similar to Wakaflex or other bunnings products) to the joints of the property as indicated on the photo. Also to remove the anternna on the chimney (also pictured) Easy access to the roof using a ladder. The lengh is about 2 metres. Supply and Install should take around 1 hour.

Currently have a leak coming from an existing rangehood ducted vent to the roof. I have tiled terracotta roof, and the house is single story. Leaks when we have heavy rain.

It is a terrace house with metal roof. A new roof was installed in the past year or so but there is a leaking issue. Insurance co requires we have the roof resealed before they repair the interior ceilings for us, I don’t have photos but they told us the areas that require the sealing are obvious.
