The TV antenna on my roof has been installed too close to the chimney cap. The cap needs to rotate 360 degrees in the wind, but the antenna is blocking it. I would like your assistance to: - Safely reposition/relocate the TV antenna so the chimney cap has full clearance - Ensure the antenna is securely fixed and reception is not affected - Work safely on the roof (I have a ladder, but please bring your own safety gear) Additional Job: There seems to be a minor leak coming from the roof. I’d like you to: Inspect the area for the source of the leak - Apply silicon/sealant to stop the leak (I do have silicone but please feel free to bring your own, and charge me more). I need an FM antenna installed on the roof of my two-storey tile-roofed duplex house. There is easy access to the roof from the balcony on the first floor. I have already purchased the antenna, but will need a pole and cabling. I can pay for the pole separately if you provide the cost. Ideally, I would like the antenna to be as high as possible for best reception of distant signals. The cabling will be simple as I just need an F-type connector to go under the tiles and into the roof space with about a 2-metre cable run from the roof space entry point. No outlets are required.
