I need a professional who has ample experience in working on roof/gutter with proper gear to do a gutter/valley clean and roof inspection for me. The property is a 2 stored duplex with gutter/leaf guard installed. If required, gutter guard needs to be removed to do a proper clean then put back. If downpipe is blocked (which is unlikely), it needs to be flushed and unblocked (can discuss the additional cost onsite if downpipe is blocked). Before and after photos are required for this job.
