NEGOTIABLE OFFER but price include materials. Prefer someone who can source the suitable seals conveniently/cheaply. Goal: no visible/light air gaps and strong continuous compression sealing when closed.

Clean the gutters of my house. The house is one story at the front and 2 in the back. You will need to be an insured operator with gutter cleaning experience.

We need a tarp placed on the roof and held down by sandbags. The roof is second story and easily accessed with a ladder. We will provide the tarp and sandbags as well as an image of where it should be placed. The roof report we received recommends the following: I recommend that a 6 metre x 3 metre temporary tarpaulin should be installed over this area and tied off to 8 or 10 sandbags to keep the tarpaulin in place. I want to make the insulation/roof waterproof. I am worried that water from the gutter is wetting the insulation. I would ideally like advice re what to do and then pay for the most appropriate task. I also have rain pouring down behind the new gutter.
