The front porch roof corner has visible deterioration to the fascia/barge board, including peeling paint and possible timber rot from prolonged moisture exposure (I think). The whole downpipe needs to be replaced a sit is loose and badly installed previously.

Ridge pointing has had a small piece of mortar breakaway and I would like it repaired. I posted budget of $100 - Obviously I know it will be more, however, I do not know enough to post a realistic budget. There may also be another issue on the roof being a repair required to the valley flashing...
