We’re seeking a qualified roofer to attend the property on Henderson Road in Alexandria on Tuesday, 7th April, at 9:00am. We only got a 1 hour timeslot from the real estate agency prior to our settlement date to inspect what has to be done with tradies, hence timing is unfortunately firm. This should be a fast inspections. Easy access to roof available. The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.
