Experienced roof tradesman needed to fix a leak

I wish to install 70 sqm of roof insulation in a Federation House in Kensington. The roof has recently been cleaned and professionally vacuumed. I wish to install the highest R7 value for sound and performance. The joists are 430mm wide. Due to product shortages I have been suggested to lay two layers within the joists and over using Knauf Earthwool® Sound Shield Wall Insulation Batts R4 (140mm). Open to suggestions. Need replacement colourbond sheet on top of bay window. Roofer will need to be licensed and also provide a copy of their insurance policy and an invoice upon completion of the job. The price includes for the roofer to purchase the colourbond sheet.

Fix roof cracks on top of house

Cut off and replace 2 ends of approx 10m long colorbond standard gutter. Suit handiman. All tools & equipment provided (ie battery 100ml angle grinder, ladders,drills, pop riveter etc.)

One downpipe appears partially blocked as nearby gutter overflowing in modest rain. House is two storey but there is access from the rear with a one story ladder. Want the rest of the gutters checked but I expect little leaf clutter.
