I have some leaks in my roof. I haven't been able to climb up to inspect the roof itself. But the my ceiling has some damp spots, where I've drilled a hole to let it drain out. The house is a 2 storey terrace in bondi junction. The roof is half corrugated, half tiles. I think the leak is in the tiled area. I'm interested in two services. 1) Inspect the roof and apply a temporary fix if needed (E.g., tarp or sealant) 2) Quote for a proper repair The price I've outlined is for the inspection and the temp fix, but negotiable since we don't know what the issue is.
