Find experienced local roofers in Essendon

Hi, I’m in Essendon and looking to get a quote and assessment for a shower repair. It’s a 1m × 1m Bellessi structural polymer tile-over tray, approximately 10 years old. The tiles have started to debond from the tray, and I’m not sure of the condition of the tray underneath. I’d like someone experienced with shower repairs and waterproofing to inspect it and advise what the best repair option would be, including whether the existing tray can be retained or needs to be replaced. I can send through photos if that helps. Do you service Essendon, and would you be available to come out and have a look and provide a quote? Thanks.

Hi there, I am looking for a fully qualified electrician to check and repair a faulty power point located in my roof cavity. I initially thought the power adapter for my wall-mounted projector had packed up, but swapping it out did nothing. The projector charges and works perfectly when plugged into a different socket, so the issue is definitely the power point up in the ceiling. What the job entails accessing the attic space via the manhole directly above the mounted projector and diagnosing and fixing the faulty power point.

Hi! I need 1 coat of paint done on a powder room in my apartment. I have the paint.

I need a hand swapping out the power adapter for my wall-mounted projector. As you can see in , the projector is mounted quite high, and the cable feeds up into the attic space through the manhole directly above it. The job is a straightforward swap. You will need to get up into the roof cavity, unplug the old power unit from the power point, and route the cable for the new power brick down to the projector. You must bring a tall step ladder to safely reach and access the ceiling hatch.
