Clean gutter for single storey terrace house in Newtown. Front & back of house.

Clean out attic of bags/ boxes/ items via attic ladders. I will be able to help move items down ladders. Line attic with plastic/ silver insulation plastic. Staple plastic to inside of timber roof battens. Seal plastic sheet joints with tape. Attic already has timber floor and two attic ladders for access. I will provide all materials: 60m * 1.2m of the plastic insulation sheeting, plus staple guns (1 electric, one manual), plus 4 rolls of aluminium tape (more if needed). Move/ restock items up ladders and back into attic. I will be able to help move and sort items. Attic is approx 8*5m, up to 1.8m high. Should take 5-6 hours total, preferably split with two people if possible. See my other posted tasks too.

Looking for someone to clean the gutter of a small terrace house. The gutter is at first-floor level and need leaves, dirt and debris removed. Please also check that the downpipes are clear and draining properly.

It just got delivered today even though I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the 17th. I have two balconies that I need cat proof so my cat can’t get out. I have found some material that might work at Bunnings but if anyone has any better ideas, I would love your expertise. I’m also interested in installing cat flaps in the glass doors.
