I have purchased a cat net to cat proof my balcony but need someone to install it in a rental friendly way - stick on hooks that don’t make any structural change. Balcony opening is 7m x 2.85 cat net purchased is 7m x 3m I would do it myself but don’t currently have time or a ladder to do it safely.

We have two spots in the ceiling that needs waterproofing and cleaning. Front room corner and back room corner. There's leaking in the internal walls. Images outlines the areas. Inspection needed to see if the problem is something else

I'm removing terracotta tiles from the roof and will need someone to take them down the scaffolding and put them in a skip. Scaffolding is stairs (not a ladder), and the skip is about 10 metres from the bottom of the scaffolding. There will be roughly 400 tiles to carry.

Removal of guy wire from chimney on roof. The wire has come loose from its anchor point on the roof and the free end is swinging and banging against the chimney (picture 1). (Picture 2 taken from interior) Roof near chimney is flat and easy to access. Skylight is on pitched roof section and slightly higher up - it is difficult to photograph this from the outside as this would require climbing on the roof. Gutter and downpipes cleaning

I am in a Townhouse in Redfern. I have had issues with a leaking roof (80% repaired now) that has caused warping, splitting and mould in a section of the upstairs bathroom. It is about a 70cm section of roof that requires resecuring, restoring and replastering.
