Looking for a handyman or plumber to service or replace the head/spindle assembly on a vandal-proof / tamper-proof outdoor brass garden tap. The Problem: When using a standard 4-way tap key to turn on the water, the top collar/head mechanism unscrewed completely instead of opening the valve, causing water to spray out. What’s Needed: Disassemble top assembly, check/replace internal washer or rubber O-rings, or replace the anti-vandal tap head assembly entirely. Re-install securely with appropriate thread sealant/tape to make it watertight. Test that the valve turns on/off properly using a standard key handle without unscrewing the housing. Tools/Parts: I have the standard 4-way brass key tool, but please bring standard plumbing tape, replacement washers/O-rings, or a spare anti-vandal tap head in case parts are worn out.

you will be working with one other person, the job is simply to insulate, create wood framing and shell the campervan with ply, it is an estimated 3 day job with two people, we will provide all materials and we have some tools, but bring any that you feel comfortable using, for the entire interior shell build we’re happy to spend 3k but ideally it will be split to two people to make the process faster
