Both the bathtub and kitchen sink do not drain, this is a third floor apartment fairly old. The plumbing is very old. We just recently acquired this property and owners corporation is out until the fifth period. The kitchen sink and bathtub do not drain even after use of Draino.

Drains are not draining, in the bath and in the kitchen sink. We’ve taken apart of the plumbing pipes and they’re not clogged. Must be something deeper down. Note this is a third floor apartment

Hi, I have a Kitchen Base Cabinet that needs to be installed. Sink and tap also need to be installed in it, and plumbed. Basically a working sink with tap. Note: gas line under counter needs to be turned off. 1. Turn off water and remove OLD benchtop + sink (drawers and cabinets have already been removed. Just benchtop remains. Heat pump tank to be re-plumbed. Only jobs are to terminate incoming water and fit a pipe from that heat pump to an existing heat pump hws. We did have one pump for upstairs and another for downstairs.not necessary now. Electrics are disconnected and removed along with heating unit, so only the tank remains. We will drain it and remove it, just need water in terminated and one pipe to upstairs fitted to another existing, adjacent heat pipe (there is a branch to connect to on existing heat pump)
