Both the bathtub and kitchen sink do not drain, this is a third floor apartment fairly old. The plumbing is very old. We just recently acquired this property and owners corporation is out until the fifth period. The kitchen sink and bathtub do not drain even after use of Draino.

Drains are not draining, in the bath and in the kitchen sink. We’ve taken apart of the plumbing pipes and they’re not clogged. Must be something deeper down. Note this is a third floor apartment

Hi, I have a Kitchen Base Cabinet that needs to be installed. Sink and tap also need to be installed in it, and plumbed. Basically a working sink with tap. Note: gas line under counter needs to be turned off. 1. Turn off water and remove OLD benchtop + sink (drawers and cabinets have already been removed. Just benchtop remains. Heat pump tank to be re-plumbed. Only jobs are to terminate incoming water and fit a pipe from that heat pump to an existing heat pump hws. We did have one pump for upstairs and another for downstairs.not necessary now. Electrics are disconnected and removed along with heating unit, so only the tank remains. We will drain it and remove it, just need water in terminated and one pipe to upstairs fitted to another existing, adjacent heat pipe (there is a branch to connect to on existing heat pump)

Hey, I have a fridge thats on the fritz and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about fridges and can have a look at it. It seems thats the freezer is running over time and is below 0 kelvin and the main fridge section is warm. At least warmer than you'd want.

Salon basin pipe is leaking

I need someone to replace my old kitchen mixer tap with a new IKEA ÄLMAREN mixer tap. The old tap needs to be disconnected and removed, and the new one installed and connected. - Double sink setup - Water shut-off valve for hot is under the sink, cold likely needs to be turned off at the mains - New tap and parts are ready to go - Just need someone with the right tools and plumbing know-how to swap it over

New bidet bought from Amazon. Comes with all parts. Need a plumber to install it properly with no leaks in bathroom in a 1bhk. Quick job. Easy access to the taps for water flow.

Looking for someone to help cut through this laundry pipe to allow my washing machine to be pushed further toward the wall and fit in the cupboard. Pipe is 11cm total but probably need about 5cm off. This is a rental so need someone with the right tools who will do a clean cut. This modification has been approved by the agent/landlord. Would also appreciate a hand reconnecting the washing machine back up once the job is done! I work full time so either weeknights after 5pm or much more flexible during the weekend. Thank you! :)
