Change kitchen tap, new tap provided. Change washer in 1 x shower tap and 1 x sink tap.

Looking for a licensed plumber or experienced drainage plumber to fix a small leak under a shower waste. Ceiling is already opened up from previous plumbing work, so access is clear from below. The leak is coming from the connection where the black rubber coupling connects to the shower drain / waste outlet. It looks like the short pipe section going into the rubber coupling has a small perforation near the top, so I expect the rubber coupling and/or the short outlet section may need replacing. Small job, not looking for ceiling/plaster repair, just the plumbing fix and leak test. Photos attached. Prefer someone who can keep the existing pipework as much as possible and only replace the affected section. Quote including parts.

Hot water tap in shower is not working, when turned on it no longer produces hot water. I assume the cartridge has failed - need it repaired

Just noticed that water is coming out one of tiles in the bathroom while taking a shower

There is a small leak coming from the toilet, via the top pipe before the water goes into the bowl. leak is minor but we would like this fixed before it gets worse

Both the bathtub and kitchen sink do not drain, this is a third floor apartment fairly old. The plumbing is very old. We just recently acquired this property and owners corporation is out until the fifth period. The kitchen sink and bathtub do not drain even after use of Draino.
