Hi, I'm looking for someone experienced with balcony waterproofing to inspect and repair a leaking balcony issue at my townhouse. Water is pooling on the balcony and appears to be leaking through near the balcony door, with water flowing underneath/down through the area below. I have also noticed some cracked tiles and suspect there may be an issue with the waterproofing, grout, drainage, or door threshold. I'm looking for someone who can: 1. Inspect and identify the source of the leak 2. Advise on the required repair 3. Complete the repair if possible I'm happy to pay a fair price for someone experienced who can properly diagnose and fix the underlying issue.

Having intermittent hot water issues. Temperature fluctuates in heat and water flow.

My kitchen tap no longer produces water that is hot when it should. Water comes out but not heated. Shower is still warm, however I’d like to see if I can get more pressure somehow and it be hotter

Take out my old toilet bowls (p trap, front to wall) and take it with you. Install new toilet bowls (P trap, front to wall), clean up the mess after with your cleaning equipment. I supply the toilet from Bunnings Estilo White Close Coupled Rimless P Trap Toilet Suite 4. 250 AUD maximum. Registered plumbers prefered.

1. Basin p-trap appears to be old. Smaller than 40mm and screwed on so tight i can't unscrew it! There is an old thread that is stuck inside the opening of the P-trap. So that P-trap needs to be either partially or fully replaced in order to connect the 40mm down pipe from the basin. 2. Bathtub drain pipe split when trying to fix the basin P-trap. Appears to have had a dodgy patch job that has not held up! Likely just needs a small part of the pipe replaced. This is all under the house. Direct access from under the house is available, and also accessible via a hole in the bathroom floor where the basin down pipe is. Please send through quotes and availability. Need help with the Toilet

We have two issues at this property that we need to resolve 1.) We would like the washing machine to be able to connect to a plastic outgoing pipe with a nipple for the washing machine disposal pipe. The outgoing pipe is currently not having a nipple. 2.) The shower has water coming out both the bath faucet and the showerhead simultaneously. This results in weak pressure, we would like the switch to properly mitigate the flow to either/or

Plumber to install laundry sink and hook drainage up to main waste line which sits just outside. Fit off of tap too if you like.

Tenants have reported that water comes from both the bathtub faucet and the showerhead. We would like it to only come out of the showerhead, or only out of the bathtub faucet in an appropriate manner. Not both at the same time.

2 concealed cistern toilet that have stopped working / flushing. Previously identified and found dirt/ material in the waterflow causing the waterflow to be blocked. Once cleaned, worked perfectly fine. However this was initially thought coming from rainwater tank which haven’t been identified the location. The rainwater tank location remain unknown. Need second opinion and help to get the toilet working again
