I want to install a bidet seat on 2x bathrooms in my apartment. The toilets has no exposed pipes. See photos.

Please see the two photos. I need this plumbing tidied up. The outlet pipe from the washing machine is just flowing into the laundry tub. The plumbing underneath the tub probably needs replacing because the flexible hose is detached and the old inlet hole for washing machine waste is covered over with a piece of plastic and a rubber band. How much is this job worth? I am happy to answer any questions.

I would like to move the laundry in the garage from one wall to the other - first step I need to move the plumbing from one corner wall to the other. There is plumbing for the washing machine (ht and cold) and plumbing or the laundry sink. The garage walls are made of bricks Thanks

Gutter is leaking near back door and requires new sealant or replacement.

We would require it to be done preferably outside of business hours to minimise any disruptions from water shut offs to our members. Tenant is away, and neighbour notified me of the sound of 'water running'. Neighbour on other side got key, checked, cistern is 'running'. Seems like rubber washer at the bottom is leaking ($5 part) or mechanism needs replacing ($50 part). Seems like a 30-minute job (have done it myself in the past), not a full-on plumbing task.
