I have a kitchen sink mixer on my island bench that has become very loose. I would like someone to replace it with a new one I plan to purchase soon. The kitchen sink is an undermount sink and the cupboard underneath has a shelf that we are unable to remove making it tricky to get under.

A bathroom mixer tap has become loose and is moving at the base. The mounting/fixing hardware underneath the basin is heavily corroded and appears to be broken (see photos). im hoping to get kitchen wall taps converted/plumbed for a mixer tap, around the current faucet location (centre of the room). the kitchen has been ripped out, and the tiles around the taps have been removed, so the (brick) wall is accessible - see photos. the tile cement comes off pretty easily too... the current location of the waste should be fine (unless it needs moving)... the place is an old ground floor apartment in springvale, and these would be the original taps (1970s...) the price is negotiable, as i imagine it might be a bit messy/involved...

Hi, my shower leaks for awhile. Also, my tap in the same bathroom would leak after about 30 minutes after showering, not sure if they are related. I got a plumber to come look but although he changed the tap, the other tap starts leaking... so I'm not sure if they are connected or not.

Hi there, I am looking for an experienced Waterproofer or Plumber to diagnose and fix a shower leak in my ensuite. The Issue: • I noticed water staining on the carpet in my Walk-in Robe, which shares a wall with the shower. • The wall and skirting boards feel dry to the touch, but the floor is wet. • I have lifted the carpet and found: 1. The carpet tack strip (gripper) is rotten, black, and moldy. 2. The nails are rusted. 3. The underlay is a bit wet and moldy. (Please see attached photos) My suspicion: It is likely a failure in the shower waterproofing membrane, grout, or silicone at the base level, causing water to wick under the wall into the carpet area. The Task: 1. Inspect: Carry out a proper leak detection (moisture test/pressure test) to confirm the source. 2.
