My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. My shower keeps dripping from the head even when both taps are turned off. • I have already replaced the hot water washer, but the leak continues. • The hot water spindle looks newer/different (replaced at some point before), but the cold water spindle seems old and possibly stuck/glued in place. • When opening the hot side, I noticed some rubber band–like material around the spring. • If required, I’m also fine with replacing the whole spindle or tap — just let me know first. Remove current stovetop and fix the new one. Secondly there is a minor leakage in the toilet flush. The valve need to change. Also the flush unit need to be hinged on to the wall properly.
