My current kitchen mixer tap is leaking from its base, causing water to seep into the particleboard under the sink. I will supply a new tap (pull out mixer) and would like it to be properly secured. Remove current stovetop and fix the new one. Secondly there is a minor leakage in the toilet flush. The valve need to change. Also the flush unit need to be hinged on to the wall properly.
