Shower leak , outside of the shower base

Shower is leaking from the join where it is connected in the wall. The third Photo attached shows the leak. The first two photos shows the shower details. I am looking to get this one fixed some time tomorrow (Monday - 14th Apr). I am looking for a handyman to assist with a simple fix of my leaky shower tap/ shower head. When I tighten the shower tap, this slows the leak of the shower head, however water will start running down the shower tap. So at the moment I am unable to tighten the shower tap fully.
